Make an appointment for a business consultation!

Here's how you can book yourself an appointment in the electronic system (calendar enclosed)

EXISTING COMPANIES:

• Choose your preferred service. 
• Choose a suitable date and time from the available slots. You can also choose your preferred business developer. You can read more about our business developers here. 
• Complete the form, including your contact information, and submit the booking.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. 

When you choose a video consultation: You will be emailed a link to a Microsoft Teams remote meeting before your appointment.

COMPANIES TO BE FOUNDED: 

• Choose Founding a company as the service and pick either video (Microsoft Teams) or telephone consultation. We recommend choosing video consultation.
• You can choose Ari Ainola or Sanna Ulvinen as your business developer.
• Choose a suitable time in the calendar.
• Complete the form, including your contact information, and provide some information about your plans and consultation needs.
• The approximate duration of the meeting is 30 minutes, during which time you will discuss your business idea, the current stage of your project, and your future plans with the business developer in general terms.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and possibly a link to a Microsoft Teams remote meeting.
• If you chose telephone consultation, the business developer will call you at the agreed upon time.
• You cannot make an appointment at our Kerava office for this service.
