What is service design?

Service design can help a company see the service they provide from the perspective of a customer or user. In service design, the customer's needs are taken into consideration in the internal processes of the company. The objective is to produce a high-quality customer experience that is smooth for the customer and efficient to the company. Service design is a multisectoral, user-oriented service innovation and development activity that is above all carried out in cooperation with the user and the producer of the service.
