Coronavirus worries have been pushed into the background at businesses sparred by Keuke - companies are now focusing on plans for the future

The customer satisfaction of Business Development Centre Ltd. Helsinki Region North (Keuke) is top class. 98 percent of Keuke's customers would recommend the services to others, and 90 percent of customer recognized that their work with Keuke had provided concrete benefits.  

The survey suggests that businesses have largely left coronavirus-related issues behind them, as only 12 percent of customers said that they had sought help for dealing with the crisis. The corresponding figure last year was 23. 

– This is very good news. Businesses are now working full throttle for the future, assessing their activities, and developing strategies and plans, says Elina Pekkarinen, the CEO of Keuke.

Fifty percent of customers said that they had contacted Keuke for help with assessing their business activities and developing strategy. Marketing, sales, and customer acquisition, as well as financial and funding consultation are perennial favorites on the list of services provided by Keuke. These figures also show a clear increase this year. 

– Sales and marketing are increasingly being done online. Customers also want more competence and tools for digital marketing. We have answered these wishes by offering various digital marketing clinics, Pekkarinen says. 

Keuke measures customer satisfaction through an annual online survey, in which all businesses and entrepreneurs who have used Keuke's services during the past year are invited to participate.

Keuke's specialists received excellent marks for their work from customers. On a scale of 4 to 10, their expertise received a grade of 9.2, promptness of service a grade of 9.4, and willingness to be of service a grade of 9.5. 

Keuke is already familiar to many businesses locally, and its services are relied upon and utilized repeatedly. According to the survey, almost fifty percent of the customers were already familiar with Keuke's activities.
