Two out of three customers of Keski-Uudenmaan Kehittämiskeskus Oy (Keuke) say that their business project was completed more quickly thanks to the counseling provided by Keuke. Nearly all (97%) Keuke customers said that they had received help for the specific thing they contacted Keuke about. Keuke’s counseling has reinforced the entrepreneurs’ personal plans and most feel that the help they were provided exceeded expectations.
These findings are based on Keuke’s Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2022. The survey was responded to by 148 entrepreneurs or business representatives, who had been a customer of Keuke within the past year.
– It is delightful to see that the development projects of businesses are carried out more quickly with the counseling and sparring provided by Keuke. In terms of the impact, this is one of the most significant findings from the entire survey, as successful development projects are the very thing that helps businesses grow, become stronger, and expand internationally, says Keuke CEO Elina Pekkarinen.
Keuke's services are recommended by an astonishing 98 percent of customers. Similarly, Keuke's specialists’ expertise, promptness, and willingness to be of service all received an average score of well above nine out of ten.
The Customer Satisfaction Survey also asked what the respondents sought advice for from Keuke. The majority, i.e., 44 percent of respondents said that they had asked for advice regarding the assessment of their business activities and strategy making.
– This is a good result, as it shows that businesses do not rely on the same old patterns year after year. Entrepreneurs understand that they must also change to respond to changes in the business environment. Strategy making also helps in preparing for various disruptions and crisis in the business environment.
There was a noticeable increase in counseling provided for changes of ownerships from the previous year. 14 percent of respondents said that they had sought help for the planning of an acquisition or change of ownership. The corresponding figure from the previous year was seven percent.
– For years, we have aimed to highlight the topicality and importance of changes of ownership. Large numbers of entrepreneurs are retiring at an increasing rate, and it would be important to find new entrepreneurs to take the reins. After all, these businesses already have existing customer bases and market positions, which should not be wasted.
