SMEs are increasingly interested in utilising AI, but many are still in the early stages of integration. According to the Yrittäjägallup survey, only 10% of SMEs use AI regularly, although 36% plan to increase its use in the near future.

Designed to meet this need, Keuke’s TAIKA growth service was launched at the beginning of 2025. The aim of the service is to strengthen local companies’ AI skills through AI-themed events open to all, company-specific sparring and business group coaching.

The first business group coaching of the spring provided participants with a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of utilising AI in business. Participants received:

• practical tools for using AI in sales, marketing and customer service
• an in-depth introduction to robotics, customised solutions and future prospects
• an opportunity to network and learn with other companies
• a company-specific AI roadmap

The coaching package consisted of five face-to-face meetings, the themes of which were:

• Networking and AI orientation
• AI in sales and marketing
• AI in customer service
• Robotics, customisation and future prospects
• Sharing lessons learned and finalising company-specific AI roadmaps

When it comes to working with new technologies, there will always be challenges: AI tools aren’t magic wands that open up the world and change your business in an instant. But since the first steps towards change have to be taken sometime, why not take them now?

– Participants have received significant benefits from the TAIKA sparring, most importantly in getting started in using AI, says Keuke’s Business Developer Marianne Ahvenranta.

– The feedback we received highlighted the benefits and meaningfulness of peer learning, in particular. Participants felt that they had created new and useful contacts. The atmosphere of the sessions was also praised as genuine and supportive. 

The coaching team, consisting of Ville Venäläinen and Suvi Ripatti from Mindhive Oy, was praised for their expertise as well as their clear and practical approach. Participants appreciated the fact that they made complex issues understandable and encouraged active participation.
