Keuke's clients feel they receive expert help where it is needed 

INVESTMENT IN GROWTH COMPANIES PRODUCED 20 PERCENT MORE REVENUE FOR THE COMPANIES

Investment in growth companies with potential pays off. The growth company project of Central Uusimaa Business Development Centre (Keuke) concluded last year achieved excellent results. In 2015–2018, the revenue of the 26 participating growth companies increased by 19.43 percent. During the same period, the companies also produced nine internationalization plans and the number of personnel was increased significantly in 13 of the participating companies. During the project, 13 companies also established completely new business operations.

– The key issue is identifying the growth potential existing within the company. And as we know that lack and management of time constitute the most significant growth obstacle to entrepreneurs, individual growth plans and consistent sparring can turn the identified potential into results, says Elina Pekkarinen, the CEO of Keuke.

– The most significant result of the project was the fact that we were able to help companies focus on the realization of growth despite their day to day chores and challenges. We will utilize this growth model in the future as well, and we will be focusing more on the actual identification of the growth potential and the realization of growth.

The courageous and ambitious BIITTI yritystiimit Uudellamaalla growth company project was organized jointly by three development companies operating in the Uusimaa region. The aim of the project was to reorganize the development services provided to growth-oriented companies in an innovative and inclusive manner and to establish a permanent development platform for companies seeking growth.

KEUKE PROVIDED ADVICE TO 2,099 CLIENTS, BUSINESS OPERATIONS ASSESSMENTS THE MOST COMMONLY USED SERVICE

In 2019, Keuke provided advice to a total of 2,099 companies. Compared to the previous year, the number was slightly reduced. In terms of the results of this consultancy however, a total of 2,084 plans and assessments were produced, which exceeds the number from the previous year by more than 600.

Business operations assessments were the most common result, with a total of 1,144 assessments having been produced. The number of new business operation and project plans produced was 381, alongside 231 marketing plans. 88 change of ownership plans were created, which is nearly twice the number from the previous year. Events organized by Keuke attracted a total of 1,892 people.

– The results of our consultancy show that we are very committed to working with our clients and that we aim to find the best and most suitable growth and development methods for each company. This can also evident in client satisfaction. 89 percent of our clients say they received help for the exact issue they came to us with, Pekkarinen says.
