Business consulting services fully appreciated during a year of crisis - Keuke's customer satisfaction nears 100%

Nearly all customers of Business Development Centre Ltd. Helsinki Region North (Keuke) would recommend our services to other entrepreneurs. In this year's customer satisfaction survey, the recommendation rate was an astounding 99%. Compared to the survey from last year, the result was improved by five percentage points. 

Keuke conducts a customer satisfaction survey each year. This year, the survey was carried out in September–October by email for all Keuke customers between October 1, 2019 and August 31, 2020. Responses to the survey were received from 186 customers, which was approximately 40 more than in the previous two years. 

– I am very glad that companies have found our services and I am especially delighted that we have been able to offer advice and solutions that are relevant and functional to their specific needs, says Elina Pekkarinen, the CEO of Keuke.

– We are living at a financially challenging time, where many businesses have completely lost their economic operating conditions and markets. All measures intended to develop the business operations of enterprises are absolutely necessary at this moment. Those who are able to envision new operational concepts and those who can discover new target groups in the market will emerge as winners. 

Appropriately, evaluations of business operations and clarifications of strategy were the most popular of the business development activities (44% of respondents). Sparring for marketing has traditionally been found at the top of the statistics and this year again 30 percent of customers sought advice for boosting their marketing.

Coping with the coronavirus situation was included as a new entry in the survey, for which 23 percent of the respondents had sought help. In assessing this figure, it should be noted that approximately 50 percent of the timespan referred to in the survey precedes the coronavirus crisis.

Proficient and prompt service – counseling provides genuine benefits

The customers’ opinion of the benefits they have received from our counseling services was asked in the survey. These figures also included a sizeable increase from the previous year. 97 percent of the respondents felt that they received help for the exact issues they came to us with. The counseling services were considered beneficial for business development (96% of respondents) and Keuke's business counseling reinforced the company’s plans (95% of respondents).

Keuke's specialists received top marks for proficiency (9.4 on a scale of 4–10), prompt service (9.4), and willingness to provide a service (9.6). 

A substantial portion of the respondents (41%) were previously familiar with Keuke. 20 percent of the respondents found Keuke through a recommendation from a friend. 12 percent of respondents were directed toward us through a network, such as a bank, ELY centre, or TE office, while 11 percent of the respondents were directly contacted by Keuke. 

– We often take a proactive approach and contact businesses within in our operational area. Almost all the companies we have contacted have been very pleased and appreciated the contact. Often these discussions also lead to the discovery of acute needs for various development measures, says Elina Pekkarinen.
